Marketing Manager

Ignite XDS is looking for a motivated marketing manager that has the experience, drive, and innate know-how to get the job done and deliver remarkable results, on behalf of our clients. The ideal Marketing Manager will be able to concept, develop, communicate, and implement strategies that serve this business goal for our clients, while maintaining a keen eye for client brand consistency across all mediums.

You will be expected to demonstrate your knowledge and ability to develop and execute both simple and complex strategies that span various marketing channels and objectives. You will drive collaboration amongst our team of marketers, designers, developers, and content writers; while you will provide direction to teams, you’ll also be expected to contribute to the creative execution of any given campaign.


  • Lead the development and execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration between the client and internal teams, while leveraging internal processes
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across various channels and segments
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Visualize and communicate both macro and micro needs required to design and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Understand and analyze customer behavior to inform strategy direction
  • Identify and analyze competitors
  • Manage effective tracking systems for marketing activities, including campaign budget management
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
  • Troubleshoot marketing campaigns that are not performing well
  • Actively coordinate with team of marketers, designers, developers, and content writers
  • Work with and demonstrate leadership amongst creative teams, other internal stakeholders, any external agencies, and vendors
  • Brainstorm, research, write and edit creative, marketing-focused copy that inspires, informs, and sells from the consumer’s point of view
  • Utilize successful SEO practices that produce high-ranking search results
  • Self-manage projects and aggressive deadlines (both short term and long term) while maintaining creative excellence
  • Interpret client needs and requirements to efficiently produce and deliver effective solutions that serve the end user and business goal
  • Listen and take direction well – accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • Utilize strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with team members and clients

  • Experience building both simple and complex marketing programs, and reporting on the results
  • Experience with both digital and traditional marketing solutions
  • Understanding of effective design, and ability to drive creative requirements of programs and campaigns, within each client’s brand standards
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, ads, and landing pages; and the ability to write for various industries
  • Strong knowledge of current SEO and Social Media best practices
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including but not limited by metrics-driven thinking
  • A desire to pursue growth and learning through your role in the organization
  • Ability to maintain high quality work while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational, time-management, project management, and communication skills
  • B.A. in Marketing, Business, Communication, etc. or related field experience.
  • 5+ years professional experience
