As you might expect, if you’ve been around our site, we have a process for everything. That includes; How we decide “together” if it makes sense to partner on your project. That process is outlined below.
The Ignite XDS Partnership Process
If you call or submit the form above, we’ll have a brief conversation and determine if it makes sense to explore the option of partnering on your project.
If so, we’ll set up a series of three meetings. At the end of each we’ll decide TOGETHER if it makes sense to hold the subsequent meeting. From our side; we PROMISE to let you know IMMEDIATELY if we don’t think we can help you, or your company. We’d ask that you do the same.
Our meeting process follows the following format:

1. INITIAL MEETING
INTRODUCTION & EVALUATION
We introduce you to the Ignite XDS methodology and process. You'll learn how we attack projects. then, we'll briefly discuss your goals and objectives, and the Ignite XDS team learn a little about you and your team. (Typically 45-60 minute meeting/Zoom or in-person)

2. INITIAL POSITION DEFINITION MEETING
DISCOVERY
We will use this second meeting to dive into your organization, your offering, your competition, and your marketplace. We'll discuss your opportunities and your challenges. And, finally we'll take our first swing at defining WHY a customer would be excited to buy from you. (Typically a 2-4 hour meeting/on-site at your location)

3. DRAFT prOPOSAL MEETING
POTENTIAL PARTNERSHIP
Taking what we learned from our discovery session, then after some research, the Ignite XDS Team will develop a DRAFT proposal for presentation and your consideration and input. We call our initial proposal a DRAFT knowing they rarely become the final contract, but rather serve to put numbers to ideas. They are a starting point that will guide a potential partnership in the most transparent way we can think of...BTW, if you have a better idea, we're all ears. (Typically 45-60 minutes/Zoom or in-person)
